Refund & Cancellation Policy

At The Mirror’s Yours LLC, we value your commitment to growth and wellness. To ensure clarity and fairness, the following refund and cancellation policies apply:

Coaching (1:1 and Group Programs)

All sales are final for coaching packages and group programs.

If you cannot attend a session, you may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice are forfeited.

No refunds are provided for partially completed packages.

ROOTED Program

A payment plan option is available.

Withdrawals after the program begins are non-refundable, but you may request a credit toward future programs at our discretion.

Consulting & Training (Organizations)

Consulting and training fees are typically customized per contract.

Deposits (if required) are non-refundable.

Cancellations made with at least 14 days’ notice may apply payments toward a rescheduled date.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled service are non-refundable.

Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in cases of medical emergencies or other extraordinary circumstances, at the sole discretion of The Mirror’s Yours LLC.
